Virgo

Virgo is the sixth sign of the zodiac, covering roughly August 23 or 24 to September 22 or 23 in tropical astrology. An earth sign, mutable and feminine, it is ruled by Mercury, which is also exalted there. Tradition credits it with analytical skill, method, attention to detail, helpfulness, modesty and a concern for work well done. Its supposed downside is perfectionism, worry and a critical streak. It corresponds to the sixth house.
