Moon water

Also full moon water · lunar water

Moon water is water left out overnight under the light of the Moon, usually a full moon, so that it becomes “charged” with its energy, according to the belief. It is then used to cleanse stones, water plants, or accompany a ritual or a bath. This is a symbolic practice; it is best not to drink water that has been left standing in the open air.
