Notarikon
Also notariqon
Notarikon is a Kabbalistic interpretive technique that treats a word as an acronym, each letter becoming the initial of another word, or conversely forms a word from the initials of a phrase. Along with gematria and temurah, it is one of the classic methods for reading Hebrew texts. It involves no calculation, but it is often presented together with Kabbalistic numerology, with which it shares the idea that letters hold a hidden second meaning.
